・ Neither party shall be liable to the other party for any failure or delay in the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement for the period and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by riots, wars, laws, acts of God, or other similar or different contingencies beyond the reasonable control of the respective parties. 《契約書》いずれの当事者も、本契約に基づくいかなる義務の不履行または遅延が、暴動・戦争・法律・不可抗力またはその当事者が適切に制御できない類似もしくは異なった偶発的出来事により引き起こされている場合、その期間およびその範囲に限り相手方に対して責を負わないものとする。

日本の医療は変革を求められている時代にも関わらず、
このcontingencyに対応する準備や人材が希薄だと
思っています。そして一番の問題はそういった能力を
はぐくむ場所が体系的には無い、ということです。
